When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. For bookings made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. Please note that the property is not suitable for wheelchair users. When booking a Non‑Refundable Rate, the name on the credit card used for the reservation must match the name of the guest staying at the property. If the cardholder is not the guest, a third‑party authorization form, signed by the cardholder, must be submitted at the time of booking. Please note that the hotel applies a pet surcharge for the entire stay: €30.00 for small dogs €50.00 for medium-sized dogs If you require an invoice, it must be requested at the time the reservation is finalized. It will not be possible to request an invoice at a later stage. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
