Check-in is self-check-in. If a check-in in person is necessary, it must be agreed in advance. Please notify in case of delay of more than an hour, otherwise a penalty of 15 for each hour. For the reservation, you will need to upload the documents on a Booking partner platform. A double bed will be prepared for two people. For separate beds, please inform the host in advance (additional cost of 15 per stay). Each person will receive 2 towels. Support Available from 9:00 to 22:00. Afterwards, partial support. - No parties, events or smoking allowed. - Fines from 50 to 300 for failure to separate waste. - Minimum penalty of 150 for loss or breakage of keys. - Damage to the apartment must be reimbursed. - We are not responsible for loss of personal effects. If extra items (sunbeds, towels) are used, a fine of 20 to 100 will apply. Penalty of 30 for each additional person per night. If lights or heating are left on, a fine of between 50 and 150 will be applied depending on consumption. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
