In Spain, if you own a place for tourists to stay, you have to keep a record of who stays there. It’s a rule that’s not widely known. This record needs to be shared with the authorities, like the Civil Guard, to ensure public safety. The traveler registration form must be filled in at check-in with the details of guests aged 16 and over. Guests are required to complete their online check-in and to provide a photo of their passport through our management system in accordance with public safety laws. Personal data are treated according to the privacy law EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament. You can request early check-in and/or late check-out upon availability for an extra fee. We are happy to meet for check-in and hand-over of keys at any hour of the day. An additional charge of EUR 30 after 20:30, and EUR 50 after 24:00 is applicable for late check-in. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. During your stay, we provide 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, 3 towels per guest (1 large, 1 medium and 1 small), shampoo, soap, body wash, all necessary bed linens and 1 kitchen towel. Additional cleaning and/or fresh towels and linens are available upon request for an additional charge. In case of loss of keys we will ask you to pay €100 in order to substitute the key. If we have to change the lock on the door we will ask you to pay the bill, which may vary on the date and time, between €250 and €500. We remind guests to never leave the keys inside the lock, as you will not be able to enter the apartment. In case we need to call the locksmith there will be a charge between €250 and €500 depending on date and time.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
